Michael Craig Williams
As a 1996 graduate of The University of Texas, Craig has been actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 25 years. With a State of Texas Real Estate Broker’s License, Craig handles all facets of Real Estate transactions for Grouper Commercial, LLC. In addition, Craig is involved in the structuring of finance and the management of developments from their inception to completion. With a broad range of

Brent Redus
With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate development, Brent’s knowledge of the industry is vast. He has served as managing principal and/or project manager on a variety of projects ranging from a 40,000 GSF U.S. Federal Courthouse to a four-story, 200,000 GSF commercial office space. Brent’s in-depth understanding of the development process, his attention to detail and a keen focus on customer satisfaction have resulted in his reputation as a solid and reputable professional. Brent is a registered architect in the state of Texas.
