Over the past 20 years we have developed projects such as the Alpine Federal Courthouse, Immigrations Customs Enforcement office in Albuquerque, New Mexico and been involved in the joint venture development and acquisition of several Veteran Administration Outpatient Clinics in Nevada and Texas. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to navigate the technical aspects of GSA/VA leases and RFP requirements. Through our strategic partnerships with Architectural and General Contracting firms, we are able to find the most efficient cost effective solutions for the Federal Government’s needs.
